Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Coti-Global-Inc. CG-26S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dvt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cynergy3 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Douglas-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dvt such as the 630C3E40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UF08B100 manufactured by Cynergy3 and we are pleased to be able to service most Cynergy3 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42042 by Manufacturer Douglas-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Data-Technology Brand OS254004015a10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Drc such as SN86860A equipment made by Drc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TXLH2S100 made by Det-tronics as well as the popular E57MAL30A2B1 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14015PPW by Datasensor and SN86860A spares by Drc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E57FBL12A2SAM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
