We service and repair Cosmo PW-30 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cosmo PW-30 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PW-30 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PW-30 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Destaco such as the 84G311D100000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPV10000G manufactured by Dct-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Dct-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E57SAL30T110ED by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Daytronic Brand 40031321613k in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duncan-Electronics such as MX21586 equipment made by Duncan-Electronics have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
