Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Copal PA-400-102G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Corbin-Russwin products, including obsoleted and phased-out D-A parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Corbin-Russwin such as the ED5200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL02 manufactured by D-A and we are pleased to be able to service most D-A systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CV10JN3 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 37PKHXPM3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cyclo-Drive such as CNHM02408521 equipment made by Cyclo-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cyclo-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cyclo-Drive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4109230462 made by Cyberex as well as the popular DS127 original spares produced by Dallas-Semiconductor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C50BN3 by Cutler-Hammer and CNHM02408521 spares by Cyclo-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NMC1024D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crouse-Hinds.
