We service and repair Convergent Lasers and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Convergent Lasers include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Lasers if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Lasers repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Destaco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delphi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 1357R6503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8EA0961 manufactured by Destaco and we are pleased to be able to service most Destaco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES10407 by Manufacturer Delphi as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the hs35001073101PS by Danaher and E51ALT1 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
