Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control-Techniques E171950 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Creonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cramer-635g product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6GK11430TA01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC96 manufactured by Creonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Creonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 635GA by Manufacturer Cramer-635g as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Technology Brand 901H2555A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cp-Bourg such as 9430293 equipment made by Cp-Bourg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cp-Bourg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cp-Bourg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 054257801 made by Convergent-Lasers as well as the popular D6012H2 original spares produced by Control-o-mation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC332 by Microscan and 9430293 spares by Cp-Bourg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9942DS3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Controlotron.
