Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control-Microsystems WI-TC-I-BN045KEH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Select-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 75EZ8300CACAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C80030REV100 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1000A by Manufacturer Control-Select-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microflex Brand HZ40A6HZ60A612 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cotas such as 51110301 equipment made by Cotas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cotas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cotas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NTM355CBNS0000 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular MAX412AN original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHE340CBNS0000 by Control-Techniques and 51110301 spares by Cotas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 800558ARID4447 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Copley-Controls.
