Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control-Concepts 3869-097-300-131VDC-R0/10V-10/10V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 White-Rodgers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the 437003R1D2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51401642150 manufactured by Measurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50M56289TO50M56743 by Manufacturer White-Rodgers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asea Brand 3HAB2136001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Louis-Allis such as 46S16610010 equipment made by Louis-Allis have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45C272 by Baldor and 46S16610010 spares by Louis-Allis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3PCPG04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flexmate-Inc.
