We service and repair Computar MACRO 10X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Components products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delphi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Components such as the 300578 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES10732 manufactured by Delphi and we are pleased to be able to service most Delphi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E57LAL12T111ED by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Det-Tronics Brand C9507N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Data-Instruments such as 9222406 equipment made by Data-Instruments have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1173AF2003 by Cutler-Hammer and 9222406 spares by Data-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
