Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Compumotor S83-93-M0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Faldic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Harmonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 6VAF343001BA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RYC401D3VVT2 manufactured by Faldic and we are pleased to be able to service most Faldic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA5201P100SP14A50 by Manufacturer Harmonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fuji Brand FVR02C9S2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as RMC1222E1A equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CK95BE311J made by G.e. as well as the popular 603ASBV original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMA12232DC024050 by Indramat and RMC1222E1A spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 87X4905 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ibm.
