Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Comp C25 SR-2C IMP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Systems-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Gaging parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cgi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Systems-Inc. such as the NC104B59702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9000364 manufactured by Control-Gaging and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Gaging systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QS200 by Manufacturer Cgi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Computer-Conversions Brand HVST3599OEP24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Comtrol such as 5002205G equipment made by Comtrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comtrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comtrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 405D11A made by Contrec as well as the popular RFTA8 original spares produced by Compressor-Controls-Corp.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1022122005V by Control-Concept and 5002205G spares by Comtrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC21301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compactpci.
