Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Comau-Spa 8B0P0220HC00.001-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crouse-Hinds products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contromatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Contrinex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crouse-Hinds such as the EBMC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 220BV manufactured by Contromatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Contromatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DWHD613M30310 by Manufacturer Contrinex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 10316H50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Culter-Hammer such as V20015CJC equipment made by Culter-Hammer have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available MC1000B made by Cosmo as well as the popular 2600XM10 original spares produced by Control-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSMR90200HB33 by Computer and V20015CJC spares by Culter-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
