Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Continental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Conedrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Contrec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Continental such as the RMOAC24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S03025 manufactured by Conedrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Conedrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 405D11A by Manufacturer Contrec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Columbus Brand WE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cwt such as S3A5006 equipment made by Cwt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cwt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cwt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8536sg0 made by Square-D as well as the popular 540AUCT original spares produced by Commscope
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 405405D11A by Contrec and S3A5006 spares by Cwt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 210028403042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Computer-Wise.
