Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Colman 444 304.21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Columbus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Connecticut-Mircrowave parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Compressor-Controls-Corp. product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Columbus such as the 32879532 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 112169 manufactured by Connecticut-Mircrowave and we are pleased to be able to service most Connecticut-Mircrowave systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCM1547J by Manufacturer Compressor-Controls-Corp. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Comnet Brand CNGE8FX4TX4MS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Computrol such as 3000125 equipment made by Computrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IPCRTM600 made by Contec as well as the popular 10909080 original spares produced by Comau

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LocEx01 by Ecom and 3000125 spares by Computrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AXL8393 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compumotor.
