Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cohesive-Technologies APC-1-0 94V-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Component-Panel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the CZ001CZ002CZ003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1HO15A0683 manufactured by Cone and we are pleased to be able to service most Cone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AMC1O141 by Manufacturer Component-Panel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Compressor-Controls-Corp. Brand RCCPBM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Computer-Products such as 0215419000 equipment made by Computer-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Products" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XACA12629 made by Conductix as well as the popular B051020BAQVB original spares produced by Cone-Drive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPCDTM20VPCTIPCDTM20V by Contec and 0215419000 spares by Computer-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
