Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex DMR-100Q-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Intruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor-Dynaserv parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Control-Technique-Commander-Cde product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Intruments such as the PRB16O spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD1045B62 manufactured by Compumotor-Dynaserv and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor-Dynaserv systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9600750 by Manufacturer Control-Technique-Commander-Cde as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Control-Techniques Brand 96044003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Coti-Global such as CG16MMS equipment made by Coti-Global have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Coti-Global products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Coti-Global" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MD122006 made by Concentric as well as the popular TU86S69 original spares produced by Control-Techniques-Iko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDL05 by Control and CG16MMS spares by Coti-Global are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS510000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
