Our services for the Cognex 100Q include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 100Q if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 100Q repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Corning parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Drager product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the CR127A16AV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGMS04501 manufactured by Corning and we are pleased to be able to service most Corning systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4058357 by Manufacturer Drager as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapar Brand 62PMDF0600AB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datalogic such as DS21002000 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDG8100 by Sensaphone and DS21002000 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
