Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clyde-Bergemann X02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the USADED15MA12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UBR1UD1D256BR1UD1D25CGN6BZG4 manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VACMM3022R082W by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand UCL1015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as VFS5275001202601C020 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WA20DRS71S4 made by Sew as well as the popular USASEM35TV21 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USAFED03DB1S by Yaskawa and VFS5275001202601C020 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VM3542HS3105H8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
