Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleveland RI 09-005146 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cone product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone such as the Ho40A0251 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3VX400 manufactured by Dayco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHU56970Z90 by Manufacturer Cone as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has David-Brown Brand MOG2016BANR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Do-James such as 232RA equipment made by Do-James have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Do-James products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Do-James" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C262T38N140 made by Dodge as well as the popular 111060 original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 29023 by Dodge and 232RA spares by Do-James are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 189014M85 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayco.
