Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleveland C100-10114A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Compumotor-Corp. product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the DMR362X0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6200106 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21001 by Manufacturer Compumotor-Corp. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand I740001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cmc such as A52B40B00000 equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 932123643130698 made by Conductix-Wampfler as well as the popular CDL05 original spares produced by Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I7010C01 by Cognex and A52B40B00000 spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISS410010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
