Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Circuit-Board-Card 8264558A0904YGAK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Computer-Dynamics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the RV3D150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX9045s manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PACOP150 by Manufacturer Computer-Dynamics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ckd Brand WFK3012M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as 801850401 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTR0142 made by Cncpros-International,-Inc. as well as the popular CDE20HPICD original spares produced by Commander

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAMCIC5000R14G by Cognex and 801850401 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
