Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cinetic-Automation TU008RC-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMJV01A3A61 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK64FYYYYAY05 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TT42074019D by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Industrial-Drives Brand TTE20331410A13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Introl-Design such as SL97A64JE1000MN equipment made by Introl-Design have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SVL2041373002 made by Automation-Direct as well as the popular SGMP01U314CM original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TA4N0035 by Brook and SL97A64JE1000MN spares by Introl-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T56H1101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
