Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cincinnati Milacron BDS4-210-23-415V 32 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fincor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Electric such as the NP1Y32T09P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2300 manufactured by Fincor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fincor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1SX82S1 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jetter Brand NPS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motorola such as IAP6300 equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q2ASHCPUS1 by Mitsubishi and IAP6300 spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS421023415V32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati-Milacron.
