Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Chloride L100 MF UNIT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datasensor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Comair-Rotron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datasensor such as the TLU515C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LGFCT400 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature yyyyyeye by Manufacturer Comair-Rotron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand HMIECENT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danaher such as MC600S00 equipment made by Danaher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H220300002011 made by Danaher as well as the popular 9253C03H09 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR43205 by Cr-Magnetics and MC600S00 spares by Danaher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1471A6501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
