Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cherry W424-105B/G010-005A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson such as the sr077g00401100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S850 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 845HSJDZ24DNY2 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Banner-Engineering Brand LT3PUQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XBTB7110TR equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XT1500T made by Viewtronix as well as the popular ZB4604IF1 original spares produced by Klockner-Moeller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGE1816A by Banner-Engineering and XBTB7110TR spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPEB3000PNAG2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
