Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ces RAID parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cimtrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chimei product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the 852029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35312312B manufactured by Cimtrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Cimtrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R190E5L01 by Manufacturer Chimei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Chief Brand 351615TCU3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Comau such as 10906880 equipment made by Comau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ISS5400C0000 made by Cognex as well as the popular 8050071 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STLBP by Ckd and 10906880 spares by Comau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMR8050X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
