Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cerus-Franklin MRC32-12POLE-120V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ebm-Papst products, including obsoleted and phased-out Benshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ebm-Papst such as the R2E250AL0310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSC186AC120 manufactured by Benshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Benshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XTCE065DXTCEXFAG11 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand OHY175L12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 750P5G5S5HIA20RE equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KFA5SR2EX2W made by Pepperl as well as the popular w13 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P25P42A12P1 by Potter-Brumfield and 750P5G5S5HIA20RE spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 587C041261004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
