Cel-chk Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Cel-chk X-180 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cel-chk X-180 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the X-180 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our X-180 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chiaravalli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cendac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chromalox product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chiaravalli such as the CHB06U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 63060105 manufactured by Cendac and we are pleased to be able to service most Cendac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature URAD5LT by Manufacturer Chromalox as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ci-Systems Brand SR807A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Centurion such as SSM205 equipment made by Centurion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Centurion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Centurion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GF2014 made by Century as well as the popular Type02640A original spares produced by Cimrex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 391051104 by Chromalox and SSM205 spares by Centurion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
