Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cegelec-Industrial 9284-4002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cole-Parmer-Masterflex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Citizen-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chipcom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cole-Parmer-Masterflex such as the 7300907730040751810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB12C0010 manufactured by Citizen-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Citizen-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9308SST by Manufacturer Chipcom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand DMR8050X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Comap such as InteliVision equipment made by Comap have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comap products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comap" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8005701A made by Cognex as well as the popular ISS54009900 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N5KC5010PBFS by Cisco and InteliVision spares by Comap are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM362X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
