Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cegelec-Automation 352C596G03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Tec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the D26MR405A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40040513 manufactured by Electro-Tec and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Tec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D60LAW600CTD60LT3 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand MORA2MAE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durakool such as 2060APS120AC equipment made by Durakool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durakool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durakool" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC630MDL380A made by Ge-fanuc as well as the popular 12SLR11A1A original spares produced by General-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CFC718 by Durakool and 2060APS120AC spares by Durakool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80805005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crouzet.
