Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Caterpillar 7w6803 /7w6801 /4n5613 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cgi products, including obsoleted and phased-out California-Designs--Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Charmilles product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cgi such as the 042PLX005503922 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CDSFB17 manufactured by California-Designs--Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most California-Designs--Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 812106H by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Challenger Brand VSN12300A06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cgi such as 42PL0055 equipment made by Cgi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cgi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cgi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GEM160 made by Gemco as well as the popular PT5DC40S47UPZ10M6M original spares produced by Celesco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BAS19JG165M by Cerus and 42PL0055 spares by Cgi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPE30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Century.
