Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carpanelli MOT3-MA63B4-L06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gettys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Servo-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the M815A21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M464GAS00RPC manufactured by Gettys and we are pleased to be able to service most Gettys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC23SR0527 by Manufacturer Servo-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand MODEL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gettys such as M444KENB0P0E equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M4410100 made by Monarch as well as the popular MCS12H35RS0B0 original spares produced by Lenze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD090B058PP0UN by Indramat and M444KENB0P0E spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MF501NS302KNN04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo-Seiki.
