Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carotron V4F34007-0GT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cegelec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sigmatek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cerutti product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cegelec such as the 8114 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12104521H manufactured by Sigmatek and we are pleased to be able to service most Sigmatek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE36346 by Manufacturer Cerutti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Centric Brand 710162430220003FS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Century such as Sc184kde equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 71015641011200 made by Centric as well as the popular CD550K original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23PLX1000 by Cgi and Sc184kde spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A621036S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Centralp.
