Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlo-Gavazzi Electromatic PLC 210816 120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cds products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cattron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cds such as the CDSCX9302GBFV14S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP96DCCR1014T manufactured by Cattron and we are pleased to be able to service most Cattron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FSA02A12853 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carrier Brand 19XR04012201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carpanelli such as M80B4 equipment made by Carpanelli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carpanelli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carpanelli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT80100255111120 made by Celesco as well as the popular 12A628451B original spares produced by Carlyle

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BF2024 by Century and M80B4 spares by Carpanelli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD3000S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cd-Automation.
