Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlo-Gavazzi EISNNOA20A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Catep parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carotron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cti such as the MB40995008002TT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R12JYIIKR manufactured by Catep and we are pleased to be able to service most Catep systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D10485001 by Manufacturer Carotron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Century Brand 3002K8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Celesco such as PT5A30V62UP500C25 equipment made by Celesco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Celesco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Celesco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM34D17FZ10A made by Century as well as the popular PW345900AC original spares produced by Ceia

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEAS421207 by Carrier and PT5A30V62UP500C25 spares by Celesco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 63060105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cendac.
