Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlo-Gavazzi E118051O20-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ce products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vortex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cattron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ce such as the 7780099004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VCI142 manufactured by Vortex and we are pleased to be able to service most Vortex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MKU1 by Manufacturer Cattron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Century Brand 785011301M1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Century such as C48D04AC1 equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT80100155111110 made by Celesco as well as the popular RE520412 original spares produced by Cerutti

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LDL130X15 by Ccs and C48D04AC1 spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTOML80B42B35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ceg.
