Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl-Schenck BVKV002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Epson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carrier product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Epson such as the CDSVGA104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V1D4151S0 manufactured by Carotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Carotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19DA111502 by Manufacturer Carrier as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Caterpillar Brand 8C3651 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carpanelli such as MA80B4 equipment made by Carpanelli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carpanelli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carpanelli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D10425000 made by Carotron as well as the popular FSA02A12853 original spares produced by Carlo-Gavazzi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19XR04012203 by Carrier and MA80B4 spares by Carpanelli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60538996 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Centerline.
