Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl DG4.0B2-2 9504022 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Caterpillar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlo-Gavazzi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cds product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Caterpillar such as the 8C3651 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS1A40D40 manufactured by Carlo-Gavazzi and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlo-Gavazzi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDSCXQ283GBC2SBCQS64CX9K by Manufacturer Cds as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carrier Brand 19XR0403150132XR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westronics such as CB10018601 equipment made by Westronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PA020061 made by Ceac as well as the popular SSM203 original spares produced by Centurion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3001099C by Cci and CB10018601 spares by Westronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
