Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl-Baasel SCU 220 / 90 A 014 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ceg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Zeiss product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 31377 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00L0343966E manufactured by Ceg and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2069388 by Manufacturer Zeiss as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carlyle Brand S1288514FEA0625 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Centric such as 71015641011200 equipment made by Centric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Centric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Centric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H887L made by Century as well as the popular HK50AA031 original spares produced by Carrier

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC2150 by Cutler-Hammer and 71015641011200 spares by Centric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AL102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cegelec.
