Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Canon FM3-0326-990 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Can-tron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Can-tron such as the 90040147 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSB0416D5 manufactured by Carter and we are pleased to be able to service most Carter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 17SP010L by Manufacturer Carson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Celesco Brand PT810100101111110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carrier such as CEAS421207 equipment made by Carrier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carrier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carrier" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S114156115 made by Carlo-Gavazzi as well as the popular CEPL1304270130HX501316 original spares produced by Carrier

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GD200030V480060 by Cegelec and CEAS421207 spares by Carrier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M80B4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carpanelli.
