Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Camozzi RFU-482 & PSF100A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Current-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Data-Industrial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Columbia product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Current-Technology such as the CG601202083GY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4055C1 manufactured by Data-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Data-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH150S3R by Manufacturer Columbia as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand E57FAL18A2B1M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cwt such as x3q5010 equipment made by Cwt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cwt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cwt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 409600P made by Convergent as well as the popular BMRATPM23 original spares produced by Courion-/-Torindrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E57SA6T100 by Cutler-Hammer and x3q5010 spares by Cwt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
