Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the C+p CP3A-1MPB-0090-AAB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intermec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intra-Criterion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intermec such as the 2481 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7100aA16A manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EQ11311AF000BA0 by Manufacturer Intra-Criterion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand IONM354235R183186461C21Q56L10MD2027E10N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Interface such as 7250578000 equipment made by Interface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TZ2410 made by Intermec as well as the popular IS3004BPKGIS5070 original spares produced by Ifm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2305010400 by Isel and 7250578000 spares by Interface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IOE800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Indexing-Systems.
