Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Burr Brown MP821B-15 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Byd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cardinal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Manz-Cannon-Automata product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Byd such as the PVCABCSAT12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 740 manufactured by Cardinal and we are pleased to be able to service most Cardinal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AicoControlMIBSAN270 by Manufacturer Manz-Cannon-Automata as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has C3-Controls Brand 330T25S2U25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carrier such as 33UNIVCTRL01 equipment made by Carrier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carrier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carrier" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SA3B1Z1 made by C3-Controls as well as the popular CA059540860 original spares produced by Fujitsu

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA3125Y by Cutler-Hammer and 33UNIVCTRL01 spares by Carrier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PAC01CM24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi.
