Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bryan-tech Series 2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bulletin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Capcitec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carel such as the DN33Z9MR20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 813S manufactured by Bulletin and we are pleased to be able to service most Bulletin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4200GP by Manufacturer Capcitec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carl-Bockwoldt Brand CB071N4D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carlo-Gavazzi such as CG48C6SF equipment made by Carlo-Gavazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Gavazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Gavazzi" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100752024A by C--D and CG48C6SF spares by Carlo-Gavazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
