Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Instrument 3810A12D1QAA1S1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Btm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 16040220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STC52VP manufactured by Btm and we are pleased to be able to service most Btm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S142ARNN024 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carotron Brand BDP4050B0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bsi such as BSI4190402 equipment made by Bsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bsi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 84316050 made by Burster as well as the popular 8100029501 original spares produced by Celesco-Berkeley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMS2500 by Canalta and BSI4190402 spares by Bsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4013420120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Centurion.
