Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks-Automation S273E245AAA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fafnir products, including obsoleted and phased-out C--D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brother product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fafnir such as the F252D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 500210306112067 manufactured by C--D and we are pleased to be able to service most C--D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B5210851 by Manufacturer Brother as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Burkert Brand 423921 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Buf-Technology such as VQC3000 equipment made by Buf-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Buf-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Buf-Technology" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 63P17605 made by Buffalo as well as the popular TM25300HM original spares produced by Burr-Brown

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRT075G0000V00103764 by Brunner-Elektronik and VQC3000 spares by Buf-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM8400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Burr-Brown.
