Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brook-Crompton 5RK40GN-CE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bruker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Browning parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Burster product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bruker such as the BPSU36 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 75A3P23DEC manufactured by Browning and we are pleased to be able to service most Browning systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9306V0022N by Manufacturer Burster as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Browning Brand SHP1HUB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brown--Sharpe such as g51506300 equipment made by Brown--Sharpe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brown--Sharpe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brown--Sharpe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NCS10H64 made by Browning as well as the popular BSPM4480WYNGR original spares produced by Bussmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30202743 by Bucher and g51506300 spares by Brown--Sharpe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9HB1LR20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning.
