Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bray-Controls 9.31185E+13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Btu-International parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bruner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the M4GB120RC6T6G1WHD83 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5203376 manufactured by Btu-International and we are pleased to be able to service most Btu-International systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B1359002 by Manufacturer Bruner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carotron Brand EPR020000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bystronic-Keyboard such as TASTATUR equipment made by Bystronic-Keyboard have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 00208AL20 made by Ceia as well as the popular ADP102RC1 original spares produced by Carotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4850ABC2G1B1HVG00A by Brooks-Instruments and TASTATUR spares by Bystronic-Keyboard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B45545 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlson-Power-Flo.
