Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston X721-3A-60M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Skil products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eimco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Skil such as the 0608830160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8011101164 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XSBN360511 by Manufacturer Eimco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rockwell Brand 96421672 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 0198423470011 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 093A0PS4C110B1WI520LVS001 made by Indramat as well as the popular 0811404167 original spares produced by Bosch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151722 by Dyna-Five and 0198423470011 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10S3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
