Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston ORC-2SAT-LP16-T2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the Q175B020M056 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCIS080006300S214NNS06C manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P2BK300R by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Teijin Brand RV70C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew-eurodrive such as R63LP56 equipment made by Sew-eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-eurodrive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S1C564S6 made by Fairfield as well as the popular SF71815NB56 original spares produced by Boston

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q200B060M056L1 by Dodge and R63LP56 spares by Sew-eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
