Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston-Gear R137-CM1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brg-Precision product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston-Gear such as the ISP0574 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMF724250ATB5J manufactured by Boston-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16202 by Manufacturer Brg-Precision as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boston-Gear Brand NV3503 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brook-Crompton such as BF4N0012 equipment made by Brook-Crompton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brook-Crompton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brook-Crompton" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9626415LP109amp9626412ZB101 by Boy and BF4N0012 spares by Brook-Crompton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
